Celebrating One Year of Kailee Hoffman at Arnlea!

This month marks one year since Kailee Hoffman joined Arnlea as our SaaS Delivery Manager, and we couldn’t be happier to have her on the team! To celebrate, we asked Kailee a few questions about her journey so far.

🔹 What has been your most memorable experience during your first year at Arnlea?

"There have been so many great moments, but I have particularly enjoyed the social events we’ve taken part in as a team, such as our quiz night and volunteer day at Camphill School Aberdeen. These have been great opportunities to learn more about each other, which helps us work better as a team."

🔹 What do you enjoy most about your role as SaaS Delivery Manager?

"What I enjoy most about my role as a SaaS Delivery Manager is the opportunity to solve complex challenges and continuously improve processes within the Arnlea product group. I find it rewarding to bridge the gap between business goals and customer needs, especially when it leads to increased customer satisfaction. The fast-paced nature of the SaaS industry keeps me on a constant learning curve, pushing me to stay adaptable and always strive for better solutions."

🔹 What’s one project or achievement you’re particularly proud of?

"Helping to enhance our customer onboarding experience has been a big focus for me. We’ve streamlined processes and improved training materials to make it even easier for clients to start seeing value from Nexar quickly."

🔹 What’s something people might not know about you?

"Something people might not know about me is that I’m really into running and take part in quite a few events throughout the year—next up is the Edinburgh Half Marathon. It’s my go-to for staying active and clearing my head. I’ve also recently started getting into golf—definitely still a beginner, but I’m enjoying the challenge."

🔹How do you stay motivated and focused in a fast-paced environment like SaaS delivery? 

"Working as a team, we have a lot of knowledge in different areas within this business, so this allows me to maintain focus, share the workload along with creating a supportive and collaborative environment to achieve goals. Within my role managing the face paced everchanging environment we can continue to enhance our products working closely with our clients to ensure we also maximise their success. We have some exciting updates coming for Nexar, and I can’t wait to see the impact they’ll have!"

🔹What advice would you give to someone starting their career in SaaS or project management?

"Be willing to learn and adapt as this industry is ever changing. Be comfortable with multiple tools/methodologies/technologies commonly used in project management and in software businesses. Enjoy the ride and create relationships to allow yourself to continue to grow and learn."
